Group Classes

Private Lessons & Buddy Classes

You may pick your preferred teacher, but please note that time slots are on a first come basis, so your teacher may not be available in the time you have picked. Summer Camp private lesson tuition is $129 for three 40-minute lessons.

For a buddy class, find one or two buddies, pick your instrument (must be the same instrument), and design your own class! They're also great for Mom or Dad to learn along with the kids. Each buddy needs their own instrument for the class. Buddy Class tuition is $75 each for two buddies or $65 each for three buddies. There is a $15 non-refundable registration fee.

Pick 3 Option: Instead of 3 consecutive days, pick 3 days in June, July, or August. Days subject to teacher availability.

Student Registration Agreement for Summer 2017

I understand and agree that my student will pay a $15 non-refundable registration fee per camp that will hold their spot in the camp.

I understand and agree that the Summer Camp Registration fee must be paid when the student registers, and full payment for the camp must be paid in full 14 days before the first day of camp. (Monthly or weekly payments can be set up when you register) 

I understand and agree that If I drop a Camp for any reason, it must be done 30 days before the 1st day of the Camp to receive a full tuition refund for the Camp.  If a Camp is dropped 14-30 days before the Camp, I will receive 50% of the tuition paid.  If a Camp is dropped 14 days or less before the Camp, there will be no refund for the Camp since supplies and teachers have been fully prepared at that time. I understand and agree that if I need to drop a Camp, I will contact The Art of Music Studio office by phone or text and also send a notice by email to registrations@theartofmusicstudio.com.

I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio only accepts auto pay for tuition, by automatic bank account payment, debit card payment, credit card payment, or a set of post dated checks as payment. Full payment for a Camp can be made by check, credit/debit, or cash.   I understand and agree that there will be a $3 per $100 convenience fee added to all Credit card of Debit Card tuition payments (i.e. for $69 group class, there would be $2 convenience fee added each month for a $71 total).

I understand and agree that no make-up lessons will be given for missed lessons because of scheduling conflicts. (We will work with you to set up private lessons around your vacation times if you let us know when you register.  I understand and agree that no refunds are given for missed lessons. 

I understand and agree that I as the Student, or I as the parent or legal guardian of the Student, (if the student is a minor) waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after lesson time. 

I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.   I understand and agree to remain in the building during the lessons/classes if my student is under the age of 5.  I understand and agree that I will not leave my student at the school for excessive time before or after lessons.

I understand and agree that my student is not permitted to roam the building, bathrooms, play on the stairs, etc, at any time, and must stay seated in the waiting room before and after lessons. 

 

I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio is granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the school creates and to copyright such photographs in its name.
